Tags are a great way to highlight property details for marketing a property or during construction or renovation.1 Tags provide additional information within the virtual tour. This drives engagement and helps communicate critical property information. Limited only by your imagination, we can create Tag links to videos, graphics, hyperlink to a web page, link to another pano within the tour or add custom text and lists. Tags can lend a whole new dimension to your marketing or project management!
Share Different Types of Information
- Videos – Attach a video to a location to make the tour more engaging and create a more guided experience.2
- Images – Add an image to show features in greater detail.
- Hyperlink – Link to website showing detailed appliance/feature info or PDF manual.
- Titles and text – Add a simple title to highlight a key feature or add text explanations. This adds context to the space.
- Pano link – Link to any location in the tour. Enhance navigation by connecting spaces as you see fit.
- Lists – Create an ordered or unordered list.
You can also combine multiple types of information into one Tag. Add a description to a video or a title to an image for example. By using Tags to weave property information into a tour you can make the experience more rewarding and immersive.
The Viewer Has Three Ways of Navigating the Tags Within the Tour
- Tags list – The icon in the upper left corner of the iGUIDE floor plan opens a list of all the Tags for the current floor. Click on each Tag in the list to be transported there instantly. This allows immediate access to all the extra information that Tags bring as well as a more guided experience.
- Search – The Tags list includes a search bar at the bottom so you can search for specific content. Search by title, color, or the content that piqued your interest and go directly to it.
- Floor plan markers – When the Tags list is open all the Tags will be visible on the floor plan for those who prefer floor plan navigation.
Personalize Your Tags
Customize colour, stem height, opacity and type. Make Tags suit your marketing efforts visually by creating the look you want.
Property Management and Construction / Renovation Tags
Tags within a virtual tour help to provide Facility Managers with the most practical way to generate accurate building information quickly, easily and securely. Share with stakeholders to help them manage their dynamic workload.
Tags are a great way to identify equipment, features and deficiencies. Link to images, PDF files, Important information, nameplates, serial numbers and manuals are always available.
Document conditions and important MEP Equipment
Virtually visit and see the details required to build reports for repair and maintenance cost analysis and planning. Site visits can be reduced or even completely eliminated and communication can occur more rapidly between interested parties.
Market to Potential Tenants
Send potential tenants on a tour so they can get the information they need to understand if their endeavour will fit into the space. Whether it’s a not for profit, a start-up, or a hair salon, every business requires a space that meets their needs. Give them the ability to check this out on their own time and plan out the space before they move in.
Monitor and Share Progress
Get an interactive snapshot of a space during construction. Explore a property before, during and after construction. Monitor for best practices, safety standards, and get a real sense of the progress being made. Check to see what progress is occurring and if it is meeting expectations.
